How to Count:
Point to each dot or group of dots while counting out loud with your child.
Don't start by going all
the way to 100. Go to 10, then 20, and so on. Try to keep a
cadence.
Point with a pencil instead
of your finger. Use a sweeping motion. It's a lot more elegant.
